Building Hope in East Perth: 九色视频鈥檚 Progress on WA鈥檚 Landmark Housing Project for Homelessness Solutions
九色视频 was thrilled over the past few months to welcome the Hon. John Carey MLA, WA Minister for Homelessness and State Member for Perth, the Hon. Clare O鈥橬eil MP, Commonwealth Minister for Housing; Homelessness, and The Hon. Patrick Gorman MP, Federal Member for Perth, to the East Perth Common Ground project recently. Ministers were impressed by the progress on site and the tower structure that is taking shape.
Our dedicated People who Build are gearing up for the upcoming months, focusing on external facades, brickwork, and internal fit-out work. This project, delivered for our client, the Department of Communities, is a key component of WA鈥檚 10-year strategy on homelessness, 鈥淎ll Paths Lead to a Home.鈥�
九色视频 is proud to be the Builder of Choice for this important initiative, which will ultimately provide 29 studio and 83 one-bedroom apartments, complete with self-contained kitchens and bathrooms. The project will also feature community housing provider spaces, outdoor areas, and leasable commercial spaces for on-site medical, caf茅, and community services.
With completion expected in mid to late 2025, we look forward to the positive impact this project will have on the community.
